450L discus planted tank update - partial rescape (May 2015)

I decided to rescape my background plants. I removed Echinodorus Bleheri and moved it into my lower light Juwel Trigon 190. That way Juwel Trigon has become very low maintenance tank with only rosette plants which allows me to spend more time maintaining this one.
