In this video I shoot at a 1/2“ thick steel plate 16“ x 21“ at a distance of 609 yards using iron sights on the Mosin Nagant 91/30. I end up ringing the steel plate 2/5 times. Both shots were consecutive 3rd and 4th shot! I was using Brown Bear 174gr FMJ ammo. If you look close you can see the bullet trail! The Mosin Nagant modifications include trigger work by me to get trigger pull down to about 2lbs, a home made trigger slack spring, a Harris bipod, a modified front sight post, and a Limbsaver recoil pad
