For this reason, the map is carefully designed so that no more than 4 guards will ever be in the same heist, as that would lead to an “impossible“ heist. Some clever mechanics ensure that, if a pair of guards spawns, another pair will be disabled. However, if you count the maximum number of guards that could theoretically be in the heist simultaneously, you get 2 from the bank, 2 from the truck, and 2 from the GenSec car...? That adds up to 6, which would be quite complicated.
