hii and welcome :) i've had the apartment to myself this past week and i have been spending so much time drinking tea and listening to records in my living room, so it just felt right to do the meditation here. this room feels like a cozy safe haven from a lot of the chaos and im just really lucky i've been able to build this little world for myself. i'm so grateful for these meditations, they've become my weekly anchor point of peace and centering. i feel like i woke up into this meditation today, everything seemed to come together naturally. i set up this morning and just kinda pressed record without thinking too much. something about the tone of the guitar and the frequencies of the chords felt especially rich and healing. sending lots of love to everybody, thanks as always for being here :) if you haven't checked it out yet, i have a lot of music out on spotify under coulou and i just released an EP a couple weeks ago. i'll add some links below if you want to check any of it out. also i'll add a link to bandcamp where you can download the audio files of these meditations to listen to on the go.
