Three different 0-4-0 fireless locomotives shunt the yard at the Bolivia sugar mill in Cuba. The fireless shunters were filled up twice a day with steam from the mill boilers and this provided enough steam for half a day's shunting ... a much more efficient way of powering the locomotives than having a fire in each one. It would appear that none of these little shunters have survived. There is a report of one being plinthed outside a nearby restaurant. Filmed in 1998.
