There are dozens of species of Staghorn Ferns. The one that I am using is Platycerium Bifurcatum. Quite easy to care for and propagate. Native to the tropics, Staghorn Ferns will need bright, indirect or diffused light to thrive. As for watering, misting and soaking is a must. Water once a week in dry conditions. Every 2 to 3 weeks in cooler temperatures. Things you will need to Mount Staghorn Fern: • Staghorn Fern • Wood (I used a round one as shown in video) • 4 Screws • 2 mounting Brackets • 2 Picture Hangers (for Mounting Brackets) • Fishing Line • Drill/Screwdriver • Sphagnum Moss • Mister • Peat Moss ENJOY!!
