MAIDEN, CRASH, AND SHORT LIFE OF THE VMAR KIT FOX BY FGFRC

I seemed to be cursed when it comes to wooden planes!!! Other than my DW Stick 14 and the great OMP Hobby Big horn I just seemed to have bad luck with them. After all was said and done, the only thing of the airframe that was not damaged was the tail and the landing gear. The electronics still wait to be seen! These kits seem very old as if they had been stored in a old warehouse for years. Not sure I can recommend the Vmar brand at this time. I guess I am glad I got this plane on a Black Friday sale and did not pay the full price of $169. plus shipping! Everything checked out. All was trimmed right and the CG was spot on. I am sure it was pilot error with that terrible roll of to the left but the right aileron was detached at the crash and it did not take the hit. It may have detached when I tried to correct the yaw under stress. ??
