This video relates to my song Relax. Relax is a Décalé-Reggae song that I recorded to support and confort a friend who was going through an emotional relationship breakdown. Music is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy that can lift people and Relax aims to achieve this by booting the self-confidence of people at difficult times.
