Could the Garden of Eden actually exist on Earth? The diverse landscape of Botswana, located in southern Africa, boasts an abundance of wildlife. The Kalahari desert covers much of the country and serves as a refuge for animals. The Okavango River flows into the Kalahari desert instead of reaching the ocean, creating a lush oasis in the midst of the desert. With a population of 2 million, Botswana has successfully protected its stunning wildlife, offering a sanctuary for elephants and other species. It may one day become their final refuge.
