Minato Namikaze is the ultimate Shinobi. Recently Minato got his own special one shot and I have yet to talk about it and it’s long overdue. The Manga follows Minato when he’s a 14-15 year old kid and we get to learn some extra stuff about the rasengan why it was created and where exactly he got the idea from. We also get some pretty nice statements in regards to Minato’s power and what he’s capable of.
