In Part 2 of our investigation at Cursed Hollow, the danger escalates. We had barely escaped being surrounded earlier, but the feral people weren’t done with us. As we made our way through the dense forest, screams echoed just out of sight, and the sound of breaking sticks and limbs closing in on us had us on high alert. Every step felt like we were being hunted. The tension peaked as we decided to make our way out, but just as we were driving away, a gunshot rang out behind us—close and loud. Whoever was out there didn’t want us to leave, but we weren’t sticking around to find out why. We floored it, putting as much distance as we could between us and whoever was following.
