Evgeny Polenov (1937-2006)

Evgeny Vasilyevich Polenov (1937-2006) worked in the field of monumental-decorative and easel painting. Graduated from the Simferopol Art College named after N. S. Samokish (1958). Graduated from Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute, Department of Painting (1964). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1966). Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (1991). He was awarded the medal “For Labor Valor“ of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. Since 1964 — lived and worked in Belgorod. =================================== Евгений Васильевич Поленов (1937-2006) работал в области монументально-декоративной и станковой живописи. Окончил Симферопольское художественное училище им. Н. С. Самокиша (1958). Окончил Харьковский художественно-промышленный институт, отделение живописи (1964). Член Союза художников СССР (1966). Член Союза художников России (1991). Награжден медалью «За трудовую доблесть» Президиума Верховного Совета СССР. С 1964 — жил и работал в Белгороде.
