At the moment, Kyiv has not commented on this information. The previous exchange occurred last week: at that time, 195 Russian military personnel returned home, and a similar number of Ukrainian prisoners, as well as 12 civilians who expressed a desire to return to Ukraine, were sent in the opposite direction.
