Ingredients: 2.5 kg eggplants. 1 kg carrots. 1 kg colored bell pepper. 70 grams of garlic. 2 hot red peppers. 150 g each of parsley and cilantro. 60 ml vegetable oil (for frying). 50 ml soy sauce. 2 bunches of dill. 3 tablespoon sugar. 10 pcs peppercorns. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds. 0.5 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (6%).
