I’m starting this new series of my workouts to motivate others to workout! Right now it’s the holiday season & some can be discouraged to hit the gym. But I’m hoping that with me opening your mind to my workouts & you trying new things can spark some interest in the workout place for you! This is only one of many videos! I have a goal to lose 10 pounds before Christmas! Also I’m in pre-camp before my fight Jan 29th! You can stream that fight on & & on PPV cable & satellite 📺 In this workout I’ll be doing a voice over my Workouts explaining what I’m doing, how I’m feeling & which part of the body the workouts are working! These videos will get longer! Workout 1 is fighting going backwards on treadmill, I then added Coach Rick to pad me up as I continued this drill. Speed was on 1.0- 1.3 Second workout was a full body push & pull sled Workout with a 45lb plate.
