chipsynth PortaFM: Now with OPL2!

This updated version of PortaFM now adds the AdLib/Sound Blaster's classic OPL2 (YM3812) emulation core to the existing OPLL core (hot swappable) Video by [TSSF] Music by Madbrain (Hubert Lamontagne) This update also includes the ability to play OPL2 VGM (AdLib/SoundBlaster) files and as with our other chipsynths, grab the sounds for studying purposes.
