Low key, made for TV movie from 1979, starring Deborah Raffin as a waitress and single mother who pursues her dream of becoming a truck driver. This is actually one of the more realistic films with a trucking theme, and one of my personal favorites. Also stars John Amos, Cloris Leachman, Clu Gulager, Diane Ladd, Nancy Marchand, Mary Wickes, and a 7 year old Corey Feldman in one of his first roles. There's also a cameo by Hank Williams Jr. and Merle Kilgore.
