These are few of the very many (ground) movement drills that one can use as part of our warm up to get the body ready for a session, or for an actual session if you go at it as you time yourself. A play of balance and coordination as you shift your weight back and forward between arms and legs, finding your center, engaging core muscles, back and shoulders as well as the lower body. Give these a try and find your rhythm until you can get them nicely, from there just have fun finding your own flow.
