For more videos please visit my You Tube channel BD ENDOSCOPY FINDINGS: FOL: Epiglottis, aryepiglotic folds, piriform fossas and vocal cords appear normal. OESOPHAGUS: The mucosa, vascular pattern, lumen and peristalsis appear normal. Both upper and lower oesophageal sphincters are normal in position and function. STOMACH: Rugal mucosal folds are normal in size, shape and color. Cardia and fundus appear normal. There is no ulcer/growth seen. DUODENUM: Billiary Ascariasis is seen at the opening of the papilla which is removed by grasping with foreign body forceps and extracted out. D1 and D2 appear normal. BIOPSY: Not taken. COMMENTS: Billiary Ascariasis. THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Billiary Ascariasis removal done.
