Ingredients: 450g Cooked Rice 3 Eggs (break in a bowl & whisked) 150g Peas (defrost if using frozen peas) 1 Medium Onion (finely chopped) 1 Clove Garlic (finely chopped) 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil ½ Tsp Ground White Pepper Salt to Taste
