SYSTEM is an award-winning initiative from Boiler Room created in partnership with Gaika that uncovers and celebrates the impact of migration on music: borderless cultural movements that grow from the underground subcultures to dominate charts and define the global mainstream. From Reggaeton to Afrobeats to Dancehall to Coupé-Décalé, we’ll explore the roots of these movements, as well as their impact on wider global music scenes. Expect mixes, articles, films, merch…. But most importantly a stream of killer events hosted right across the globe.
