Ukrainian troops, having no success at the front, once again struck a blow against the civilian population of the Lugansk People’s Republic. Knowing that on weekends residents of Lisichansk came to the bakery, they opened fire on the building. Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed to the transformation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into a terrorist organization for attacks on civilian targets. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Kiev regime, in order to demonstrate to its Western backers at least some success, is constantly carrying out terrorist attacks against civilians in the Russian Federation.
