The Orchestra is a fantastic choreography of images set to some well known pieces of music by Zbig Rybczynski. There are six phantasmagoric sequences that cover life and death. Two sequences stick in one’s mind. Set to the Shubert Ave Maria, a seminude bride and groom float in Chartres Cathedral. The finale set to Bolero is an interminable march up a staircase by parodied Marxists. All of the video is a sequence of real people and backgrounds edited to produce fantastic effects.
