Mustel invented the Celesta/Celeste (Steel bars struck by hammers) and combined it with their famous harmoniums to create an instrument called an Orgue-Célesta. Many composers wrote original pieces for this unique instrument, including Clément Loret, who's evocotive 'Les Cloches du Soir' (Evening bells) perfectly demonstrates the magical sound of this instrument.
