This is the first of two studies on ancient Greek scales by Harry Partch. After finding it by ear, I reinterpreted it for hammered dulcimer, synthesizer and tambourine. For the anecdote, Olympos was a semi-legendary musician who would have lived in Phrygia in the 7th century BC.
