A 40-year-old woman presented with anemia and abdominal pain was referred for colonoscopy. abdominal ultrasonography revealed cecal thickening. the patient underwent a colonoscopy. the scope revealed a large ulcerative mass at the ileocecal valve and another mass( polyp) at the sigmoid colon about 20 cm from the anal verge. multiple biopsies were taken from both lesions what are your lines of treatment?
