Single Hand Advanced Staff Spinning: Reverse Spin Tutorial

Here's the tutorial on the reverse flower for kung fu staff. The technique is essentially the same for broadsword except the armpit is used as a fulcrum for leverage to bring long weapons like staff or spear, and flexible weapons like rope dart and chain whip back across the body.
