Sacramento detectives release new information 'serial sexual predator' arrest

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office has released more information about the arrest of 35-year-old Kabeh Cummings in New York. Police say Cummings is connected to at least three sexual assaults dating back to 2010. According to deputies, in November 2021, a detective was reviewing a cold case from 2013 when she requested more evidence to be tested. “These cases a lot of times come down to something like DNA, especially in a stranger incident,“ said Heather Feil, Sacramento County Sergeant Detective.
