From early LOTRO beta, October 2, 2006. Illustration of a bugged quest in Reniolind's Hideout in Midgewater Marshes. Note near the end (about 2:20), Reniolind gets stuck and unable to light the next torch so that Amdir the Wight won't continue the script. While the end of this chapter of the story arc was broken, the player could pick up follow-up chapters by going to the next NPCs in the series.
