Dual channel time lapse of a Drosophila embryo expressing Bicoid-GFP (bottom) and Histone-RFP (top) fusion proteins. The development of the embryo is recorded every 15 seconds in a 2 hour time window form nuclear cycle 12 through gastrulation using confocal microscopy. (Recorded by Julien Dubuis - Mai 2010)
