Vipassana is a powerful meditation technique that teaches one to be aware of one's bodily sensations from a non-judgmental place. Originally taught by the Buddha over 2500 years ago to aid others to a more harmonious, peaceful, and compassionate life, there are now over 300 retreat centers worldwide of which thousands of students attend each year. This video portrays my experience of a 10 day vipassana course. It definitely was not easy, but ultimately I feel I have learned a method of meditation that will bring more balance to my mind and make me a better person overall as I continue to practice everyday.
