Raw Mango Mojito Ingredient Quantity Raw Mango 2 no. Water as required Sugar 4 Tbsp Black salt 1 tsp ½ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp ½ tsp Salt to taste 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Lemon 1 no. Mint leaves ¼ cup Soda 1 btl. Ice as required Raw mango slice for garnish Method: 1. Place the mangoes in pressure cooker. Add 3-4 cups of water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on high flame first than reduce the heat on low or for about 8 min. 2. When the pressure settles down on its own, then remove the lid. The mangoes would have become soft. The peels would have also come out when the mangoes are cooked well. 3. Remove in bowl along with water, add ice cube and keep it aside. 4. Take another mixing bowl, take cooked mango along with ice and little water and mash well, take out the seeds. 5.
