Many bigger Build Projects on the Today I needed a shipping box for 40lbs of MDF letters I cut out for a client. As I often do, I made the shipping box from 4x8 corrugated cardboard sheet I get from the lumber yard. Corrugated boards are tossed out at most lumber yards and I take them for times like this!
