Lower back pain and hip tension relief using a yoga block. This restorative yoga class incorporates the yoga block to help release hip tension and low back pain. We will place the block under the hips where we will allow the hips to simply rest, This yoga block pose will allow the hips and lower back to decompress aiding in tension and lower back pain relief. If you don't have a yoga block simply wrap a few books or a thick book inside a thin blanket and use that. We will also incorporate a few stretches for lower back pain relief. Yoga blocks are great body openers as they help create space, flexibility and tension relief within the hips and back. If you suffer from back pain, this is a great yoga routine to use daily or every other day to help cunteract your physical lifestyle.
