Traxxas driver Jeff Kincaid rocketed into the lead at the start of TORC's Round 4 makeup race and took the win! In addition to Pro 2WD points, Jeff scored the Chairman's Cup, making him a back-to-back cup winner after scoring the prize in 2010 as well.
