Mango Seviyan Custard is a dessert recipe, which will appeal to people of all age groups. It is a perfect dessert recipe to prepare during summers. Ingredients Quantity Ghee 2 tbsp Almonds slice 1 tbsp Cashew nuts slice 1 tbsp Pistachio slice 1 tbsp Vermicelli 1 cup Mango 3 no’s Milk ¼ cup ½ ltr. Custard powder 1½ Tbsp Water as required Sugar 3-4 tbsp Green Cardamom 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 tsp Saffron pinch Cherry for garnish Method:- 1. Heat ghee in a pan, add almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio, mix well and sauté for 1 min. remove it in plate and keep it aside. 2. Take vermicelli/ seviyan break from middle and add to the pan, mix well and sauté for 1 min. remove it in plate and keep it aside. 3. Take 1 mango peel and cut into chunks, place it in grinder jar, add milk and bland to puree. Keep it aside. 4. Take other mangos peel it and cut into chopped. Keep it aside. 5. Take mixing bowl, add milk and custard powder and whisk it properly, add some water into it and Wisk well. 6. Add this mixture to same pan, mix well. 7. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 1 min. 8. Add cardamom powder, roasted seviyan, mix well and cook for 2-3 min. 9. Add fried nuts (keep some for garnish) and vanilla essence, mix well and cook for 6-8 min. or till milk is slightly thick and saviyan will cooked. 10. Now add the mango puree, switch off the flame and mix well. 11. Add saffron and mix well. 12. Remove in serving bowls, garnish with chopped mangoes, assorted nuts and cherry on top and serve chilled.
