Fresh off winning her first major title at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Texas, 25 year-old Laura Horvath has now joined our roster as an official Rogue Athlete. A model of both consistency and tenacity, Laura has been no stranger to CrossFit fans over the past five years, starting with her historic debut appearance at the CrossFit Games in 2018, when the then 21 year-old Hungarian stunned the crowd in Madison with a runner-up finish in the Individual competition (only Tia-Clair Toomey was able to outperform her). Since then, Horvath has remained a perennial threat in the women’s ranks and one of the most respected athletes in the sport. The past two seasons have particularly stood out, as she’s collected two more podium finishes at the Games (2nd in 2021 and 3rd in 2022) and an emotional triumph at last autumn’s Invitational.
