Cоленоид MPD впервые перемещен в положение пучка / First relocation of MPD solenoid to beam position

5–6 декабря 2023 года в павильоне многоцелевого детектора MPD ускорительного комплекса NICA проходило технологическое перемещение сверхпроводящего соленоида — магнита диаметром более 5 метров и весом 800 тонн. Детектор вместе с боковой платформой электроники передвинули в рабочее положение — положение пучка. © ОИЯИ, 2023 ___ First relocation of MPD solenoid to beam position On 5–6 December 2023, the technological relocation of the superconducting solenoid took place in the pavilion of the Multi-Purpose Detector (MPD) of the NICA Accelerator Complex. The superconducting solenoid is an 800-tonne magnet. The detector together with the side platform for electronic equipment was moved to its working position, the beam position. © JINR, 2023
