Here is a DIY instruction to make your own manual Hay Baler! This press is easily handled just by one person. It compresses the hay into very nice square bales. Easy to make, even I could do it ;) It works great, we made quite a bunch of bales with it already. Tools needed: - Saw - Jigsaw - Circular saw - Drill with bits and wood drills - Pencil - Tape measure - Hammer - Clamps - Glue for wood Wood needed: Beams: - Lever support: 170 cm - 2x floor support: 127 cm - 2x middle floor support: 50 cm - Lower lever: 140 cm (a little more narrow than the lever support) - 2x upper lever: 80 cm - 2x stamp support: 26 cm - Stamp lever: 82 cm Panels: - Back panel: 100 x 48.6 cm - 2x side panel: 100 x 30.5 cm - Floor panel: 45 x 125 cm - Front panel: 10 x 48.6 cm - Door: 86.5 x 48.6 cm - Stamp: 26 x 41.5 cm Other materials: - Screws- Small nails - Nuts, bolts and rings - 2x safety catch - 2x hinge - 2x eye - 2x roll of rope - Broom stick: 26 cm.
