Turning 29 this past summer puts Rob Schremp into what he calls “prime years for hockey.” The veteran forward has played for 16 teams in 9 leagues and admits it may have taken him a little longer to grow up but he’s not ready to hang up his skates anytime soon. Schremp joined the Portland Pirates this season on a Professional Tryout (PTO) which could have seen him play for as many as 25 games but he was signed to a one-year contract right after training camp ended and before the 2015-2016 season started.
