In this 30 min SAVAGE FULL BODY HIIT workout we will have 2x blocks of workout. Each block contains 2x 4x exercises for two rounds in a row followed by a double exercises also for 2x rounds as a Finisher. We Will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have a 15 second rest.
