Here's what I put in: 2 cups fresh basil 1/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup pine nuts 3 cloves garlic peeled 1/4 tsp salt Ballerina Farm seasoning to taste Juice from 1/2 of lemon 🍋 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if necessary. For the sandwiches! Sourdough bread, fresh mozzarella and then your pesto.
