Every year, we participate in our local parade and set up a stand at the Oakley Rodeo. This year, we served home-made ice-cream from our own family cows' milk, served in half cantaloupes (which were SO delicious), and turned in our little green John Deer ice-cream tractor. The kids took part in the Jr. Rodeo and had so much fun. George did great in a foot race, Lois and Frances rode sheep (mutton busting), and Charles rode a steer! We really wanted to let you come along for the day! Sharing our day-to-day adventures of farming, homemade sourdough, home-cooked meals and reaching for your dreams while raising a family. Nestled in the fertile, mountain valleys of Utah, Ballerina Farm is named after Hannah, a former Miss New York City and graduate of the Juilliard School of Dance. Daniel is a history major and now holds his MBA to guide the ever-growing business. The children are wild, hardworking, and homeschooled by their mother as they learn to farm, rodeo, dance, and grow barefoot and free. #farmlife #ballerinafarm
