RockSat-X Student Sounding Rocket Launch - Aug. 13, 2024

NASA's Wallops Flight Facility is scheduled to a sounding rocket for the RockSat-X student mission Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024. The rocket will carry nine student experiments to suborbital space. The launch window for the mission is 6:00-9:00 a.m. EDT. The Wallops Visitor Center’s launch viewing area will open at 5:00 a.m. for launch viewing. Coverage of the mission will begin 15 minutes before the scheduled launch time. This video is public domain.
