Under the side-lifting hood one will see a 302 cubic inch Windsor V8 crate engine courtesy of Summit Racing decorated with an aftermarket aluminum intake topped with a 4-barrel carburetor and headers going out to a loud exhaust setup. The V8 is backed by a built C4 transmission operated by a ratchet style shifter. The drivetrain is capped off with a Ford 9“ rear end and features 3:90 gearing for a good balance of take off power and cruising speed capability. The Ford is also equipped with power brakes, tilting steering wheel, seat belts, and an aftermarket stereo deck with cassette player to make driving this street rod an absolute pleasure.
