Louisa County, #Virginia. Woman flips her car during a #RoadRage incident after she tried passing a car on the left shoulder. According to an eyewitness: “Not her first road rage offense either. She’s totaled at least 2 other vehicles since I’ve known her. The disability she claims to have is EDS. She’s addicted to painkillers“.
