“That’s exactly the face of LVMH I want to show, one of transparency, generosity and humanity.” Antoine Arnault is a member of the Board of Directors of LVMH, CEO of Berluti, Chairman of Loro Piana, founder of Les Journées Particulières, and recently appointed as the Head of Communication and Image of LVMH. LVMH was founded in 1987, and has been the leading luxury conglomerate in the world. To challenge the stereotypes of opacity prevalent in the public’s perception of LVMH, Antoine Arnualt initiated Les Journées Particulières in 2011, to open up and present the precious savoir-faire and cultural heritage of LVMH Group maisons to the public. Under the roofs of boutiques and ateliers, curious visitors and delighted craftsmen converse in an inclusive atmosphere. This is a moving sight to behold, and to Antoine Arnault, one of the accomplishments that he takes most pride in.
