Hercules. it could be bigger, but with the bulb condition, when it arrived, 19 centimeters is okay. the bulb had red blotches, rot in the base, so i had to remove many scales and part of the plate. and after blooming I also re-pot it, just to make sure that roots and base are healthy,do additional antifungal treatment and add fresh soil with nutrients
