Multigrain Makhane Ke Laddu is a delightful Indian sweet treat made with makhana and a mixture of various grains. This recipe combines the natural goodness of multigrains with the sweet and nutty flavors of laddu, making it a healthy and tasty snack. #laddu #multigrainladdu #healthyrecipes Ingredients Quantity Clarified butter (Ghee) 1 tbsp 3 tbsp 2 tbsp Fox nuts (makhane) 1 cup Raisins (khismish) 2 tbsp Walnuts 2 tbsp Kaju 2 tbsp Pistachio 2 tbsp Wheat flour ½ cup Ragi flour ½ cup Jowar flour ½ cup Bajra flour ½ cup Jaggery 1 cup Green cardamom powder 1 tsp Ginger powder 1 tsp Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp Saffron 1 tsp Method For bhunai Heat ghee in a kadai on medium flame. Add makhane and sauté it. Keep aside in a bowl. Add khismish, ghee and sauté a bit. Add walnuts, kaju, pistachio and sauté all nuts properly. Transfer the sautéed nuts into a bowl and keep aside. For Atta bhunai Heat ghee in same kadai on medium flame. Add jowar flour bajra flour, ragi flour, wheat flour and sauté it. Add more ghee if required and sauté till flour get grainy. Add jaggery and sauté till it melts. Add the flour mixture to the bowl of roasted nuts and mix well. Add cardamom powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Grind the makhana and add it to the mixture. Add saffron and mix thoroughly. Take small portions of the mixture and start shaping each into a ball/laddu. Arrange the laddoos on a serving plate and serve.
