Hey you lovelies! 💕 I spent 3 years building my bus home - everything you see - I built from scratch, including most of the soft furnishings. I was a complete DIY beginner, and I don't pretend that this was an easy task for little old me, but its been so empowering to learn the skills and now after 3 years of hard work I'm so happy it now 🤗 I recommend it to anyone that wants to give it a go! we can all do hard things ☺️ 🙌 While building my bus I tried my hardest to film most days... but over the 3 years there were some moments when quite frankly I could not be bothered to put on the camera 😅 (filming and build makes the process twice as long as you imagine) - its a shame I didn't manage to capture EVERYTHING, but hopeful this gives enough of an insight to what the build was like ☺️ I did pay the pros to help me with a few things however: - Welding - Gas - electrics - log burner - diesel heater - plumbing (it took me 3 years to learn & have a go at all the woodwork and sewing... I thought perhaps it would take me 10 years if I undertook all of that as well lol 😅) - but I do harbour some regrets on this matter. I just want to say the BIGGEST thankyou to all my lovely friends and family who have supported me over the years!! listened to me go on and on about my build.. (I know I must have been super boring) but I appreciate you putting up with me. BIG BIG love to my mum! I completely took over her house and garden with tools and items for the bus! Sorry and thankyou mum! I will be forever grateful 💕 Thank you for joining me here in my little corner of the internet 🙌 Bus Off with Josie 💕 ✴︎ Meet Bo 🎀 the Bus ✴︎ She's a: Mercedes Vario 614D 24 seater 2002 plate 4.2 liter // Want to see more??
